Excelcium offers two search services:
- Contingency Search: No fee
option where clients pay a fee only
when an Excelcium candidate is
selected and hired. The fee is 20% of
the first year cash package of the
hired candidate with a free
replacement guarantee of three months.
- Retainer Search: Clients
retain Excelcium by paying a
pre-negotiated retainer up front that
will be deducted from the final
invoice. The fee is 20% of the first
year cash package of hired candidate
with a free replacement guarantee of
six months.
